Dedicate 40 days to deepening your practice, strengthening your meditation and cleansing your body. Complete the program feeling connected to yourself in a brand new way while making friends to last a lifetime. 

About the 40 Days to Personal Revolution

40 Days to Personal Revolution was developed by Baron Baptiste, founder of the Baptiste Institute. Baron created this program to guide people into transforming their lives through Yoga Practice, Meditation, and Inquiry.

Inquiry
Weekly meetings: every Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Led by Bryce Carter and Cat Thompson

Weekly meetings are where we gather to practice inquiry in areas of your life that you most want to improve. You will be held accountable and supported every step of the way. 

To get the benefits, full commitment is required.

Join NBWC Founder and Basecamp Yoga Teacher Claire Robbie, will also be your DJ for a funky Friday night 1 hour Yoga class, followed by delicious plant-based nibbles & mocktails. It’s a healthy way to stretch, mix and mingle with zero hangover the next day!

Transitions Workshop

Taught by Bryce Carter

This two-hour transitions Workshop will give you the tools you need to practise your transitions with confidence. Chaturanga dandasana or a “yogic push-up” is a foundational pose in Baptiste Yoga and traditional Sun Salutations.  This workshop will break down the basics of chaturanga, and provide you with tips and tools to amplify your chaturanga practice. You will explore the flow and fundamentals of low plank (Chaturanga Dandasana), upward facing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), and downward facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). You will also take part in valuable partner work to help with awareness and stability in your chaturanga. 

All levels are welcome. This workshop will be particularly helpful for those new to Basecamp or new to power yoga. In addition to experienced practitioners to go back to the basic and uplevels your transitions. 

Be prepared to sweat! You will be moving and flowing. Bring your mat, towel, and water bottle. 

Leave feeling empowered.

Get Upside Down!

A Handstand Workshop

Taught by James Anson-Holland

This is an invigorating two-hour workshop designed to elevate your inversion practice.

The focus of this session will be entirely on developing your handstand from the ground up. It will also provide you with an opportunity to explore transitions through, into, and out of handstand. You will build strength, develop technique, and gain confidence in a safe and fun environment.

A familiarity with power yoga and inversions is recommended for this workshop, however all are welcome to attend. 

Come as you are, leave feeling powerful.
