We are thrilled to support Heart Kids Auckland during their Annual Awareness Campaign with a donation based yoga class. This incredible cause is dedicated to helping families dealing with Congenital Heart Disease, offering support to those families from the moment they have a child diagnosed with CHD, through childhood, the teenage years and into adulthood.

CHD is the most common serious birth abnormality in New Zealand with 12 babies born every week with broken hearts.

From home and hospital visits, financial support such as petrol vouchers, meals, family days, and coffee groups, the team at Heart Kids Auckland is there every step of the heart journey.

This is a donation based, pay as you choose class, from $5 to $50, with all proceeds going towards Heart Kids Auckland. Join us for this amazing opportunity to support the hearts of New Zealand!

Join us as we celebrate International Yoga Day (and Yoga Teacher Training Graduation Day) with a fun, sweaty 75 minute Power Yoga Class with a Live DJ. DJ Jodine Stodart will be mixing intentional beats as you flow through 75 minutes of powerful yoga led by Basecamp Founder Cat Thompson.

We invite you stay after class and tuck into tasty snacks and kombucha.

Create Your Life by Design

Are you ready to design your life? Get powerful in your body and clear in your mind during our six week Create Your Life Programme. You will learn the elements of design to gain power and clarity to create your life, on and off the mat. The combination of yoga, meditation, and journaling will help you get clear on what you want and the next steps to take.

The programme includes your yoga membership, a workbook and weekly meetings where we will learn and grow together. You will be divided into small groups with a leader to guide you through your journey, because we know teamwork creates accountability. To get the benefits, full commitment is required. 

ELEMENTS:

Yoga Practice 7 Days per week (both home and studio): We know that sounds daunting, but we also know the power of creating a daily habit. You’ll practice at the studio as much as you’d like while also creating your home practice which could include a down dog and a long savasana. It’s all in the intention. 



Standard Cost: $350 (includes 6 weeks of yoga, workbook, and weekly meetings)

Is sticking a handstand a part of your yoga goals? Then this workshop is for you!


Join us for an exciting 2.5 hours of flow and inversion play. We will work on drills to build the strength to get you upside down, as well as a yoga practise. You will learn opportunities for inversions in the Power Yoga sequence so that you can implement them into your practise. Get ready to move and sweat.


Some yoga experience is advised. Let's get upside down together!

Move For Good X Basecamp Power Yoga

WHAT

Pilates & Yoga Fusion Class

Move For Good is an initiative started by Basecamp teacher Bella Conyngham and her friend Alicia Robb (certified Pilates instructor). The pair lead community workouts where the proceeds go directly to local charities.

Basecamp is proud to host their next community class, where they will raise money for Endometriosis New Zealand. 1 in 10 women in NZ suffer from Endometriosis, however so few of them are able to get help. Join Alicia and Bella from Move For Good to raise money for this worthy cause.

Expect to sweat and experience a 25 minute full body low impact Pilates workout, followed by 20 minutes of Yoga. ALL levels welcome.

This is a donation-based, pay as you choose class, from $5 to $50 with all proceeds going to Endometriosis NZ.
